  1. What if I already have a counselor?

    • Great, we are happy to collaborate with your existing health care providers.
  2. Do you accept insurance?

    • We do not process any insurance claims. We will provide clients with a receipt know as a “Superbill” containing all information required for reimbursement directly to client. Payment is due at the time of service.
  3. Forms of payment accepted?

    • We accept payment via cash, check, all major credit and debit cards.
  4. Do you accept HSA or FSA payment cards?

    • Yes, if you have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) through your insurance provider, we are able to accept HSA & FSA debit cards.
  5. What ages do you treat?

    • We primarily see children and adolescent clients. We will evaluate children as young as age 4 and continue working clients until age 24.
  6. Do you see adults?

    • On a case by case basis, we will see adult clients for medication management and/or therapy. Inquire to find out if we are currently accepting adult clients.
  7. How much is it for a New Patient visit?

    • $400
  8. How long is the New Patient Visit?

    • 90 minutes for both pediatric and adult patients

  10. Can I schedule an appointment without a referral?

  11. What treatments are NOT offered?

    • We do not offer Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for emerging or developed personality disorder.
    • We do not offer crisis services or step down level of care. If this level of support is indicated, you may be referred to other providers in the community.
    • We do not offer rehabilitation services for patients recovering from substance abuse.
  12. Do you offer therapy?

    • Yes, we offer both individual and group therapy.
  13. Do you offer family support?

    • Yes. Family support and guidance is included in all client’s care.
  14. Do you prescribe medication to every patient? Would I have to start my child on medication?

    • Each client’s treatment plan is informed by their individual needs. Medication is discussed and prescribed when indicated. Our provider’s practice evidence based care and implement therapy into each visit.
  15. How can I schedule an appointment?

  16. What happens after my first appointment?

    • You will be scheduled for a follow up session within 1-2 weeks to discuss your potential care plan with your provider.
  17. What if I miss my appointment?

    • It is our office policy that patient appointments must be cancelled within 48 business hours to avoid full charge for the appointment.   18. What if I have an emergency or an urgent situation come up?

    • If you are having a medical emergency or psychiatric emergency please call 9-1-1 or have someone take you to your closest Emergency Room. Notify your provider after you have been seen at the Emergency room.
  19. What do I bring to my first appointment?

    • Please bring your completed intake paperwork including history form. You will receive this in your initial email and can download copies from our website:
